Enterprise National Council is the nation’s leading advocate of women’s business
enterprises as suppliers to corporate America. A widely recognized and respected organization,
the WBENC certifies companies that are owned and operated primarily by women and that
qualify according to their required criteria. After a rigorous qualification process,
Contex Construction was certified by the WBENC in 2006 and adheres to the stringent policies
and requirements set forth by this significant council.
